Shipping
Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel. Please allow some time for tracking information to update, as this is managed directly by the courier once your parcel is in transit.
We use Royal Mail and DHL to deliver your orders. While we select reliable courier partners, delivery timescales cannot always be guaranteed. In rare cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will do our best to support you and escalate any issues with the courier on your behalf.
Please note: We are unable to resend or issue refunds for parcels that are still in transit. Items marked as undelivered or returned to sender must be received back at our facility before a refund or replacement can be processed. For parcels considered lost in transit, we will raise an investigation with our delivery partners. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier has confirmed the case can be closed — this is typically within 15 working days for UK orders and up to 30 working days for international orders.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to redirect parcels in transit. For security reasons, address amendments cannot be made after an order is placed unless requested at the time of ordering.
Please be aware that same-day dispatch may not always be possible during promotional periods, high-volume sales events, or where additional security checks are required.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Our approach to returns
Pegasus Peptides products are biological, research-grade materials intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. Many are temperature-sensitive and require controlled storage and careful handling.
Under Regulation 28(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard cancellation right does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Where this exemption applies, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch because the product's storage, handling and integrity can no longer be verified.
The cancellation right may also cease when a protective or tamper-evident seal is broken, in accordance with Regulation 28(3)(a).
2. Order cancellations
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. We will try to cancel orders that have not entered processing or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
Change-of-mind cancellations cannot be accepted after dispatch where the statutory exemption applies.
3. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
We will investigate products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from their description or are confirmed as lost in transit.
Please report visible damage or delivery discrepancies within 24 hours wherever reasonably possible by completing our Returns Request Form or emailing info@pegasus-peptides.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. Keep the product and original packaging while we investigate.
4. Products that cannot be returned where the exemption under section 1 applies
Unless a product was faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described when supplied, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change-of-mind or accidental purchases after dispatch
- Opened, unsealed, reconstituted or used products
- Products damaged, contaminated or stored incorrectly after delivery
- Unauthorised returns
- Products whose identity, condition or storage history cannot be verified
We may request photographs, supporting information or return of the product before deciding a claim.
5. Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that delivery can be accepted.
We cannot provide a free replacement or refund where delivery fails because incorrect information was provided or the customer failed to accept or collect the parcel.
6. Returns process
Do not return a product without authorisation.
To make a request, complete the Returns Request Form below or email info@pegasus-peptides.com with your order number and supporting information.
We will review your request and provide instructions. The product should, wherever possible, remain sealed, unused, unreconstituted and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage on any authorised return.
7. Refunds and replacements
Once a claim or returned product has been assessed, we will confirm whether it has been approved or rejected.
Where approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 5-10 business days of approval.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory rights.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Where an item is supplied in error or confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

Please complete the form below to request a return, refund or replacement. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery; opened or used items can only be returned if they were supplied in error. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Important Information
We are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to build lasting relationships with all of our clients. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer guidance on usage, concentration, or product recommendations. All customers are responsible for conducting their own research before purchasing.
